Inflatable Packers

At ACIM, our inflatable packers exceed expectations in harsh Australian mining conditions. Whilst operating at high pressures, our packers offer higher repetition of inflations and increased safety. Therefore, less interruptions on production times, permitting the crew to perform more hydraulic fracturing in a single shift. We also provide professional onsite assistance and technical support to complement our products, which include:

Packers – Hydro Frac: Used for hydraulic fracturing through high pressure injections which improves mine-ability of the ore body. This process also increases production rates. Offered in BQ, NQ, HQ & PQ sizes and custom sizes to order up to 10,000psi. Ask us about our new longwall start up kits.

Packers – Grouting: Used primarily to stabilise the ground in tunnels, mines and dams. Offered in various sizes either in single or straddle configuration.

Packers – Casing Repair: Used for repairing damaged casing for water wells, oil and gas wells in addition to installation of casing repair patches. This is a cost effective solution, available in a standard and non-standard range of sizes to suit different applications.

Packers – Wireline: Used for permeability testing, in either hydraulic or pneumatic inflation. In standard BQ, NQ, HQ, PQ or custom size to order.

Packers – Inflatable Bridge Plugs: Used for isolation of bore holes. Custom made to suit your individual requirements.

Packers – High Temperature: Our high temperature packers are fast becoming recognised worldwide, increasing the depths of testing. Our high temperature packers are opening new pathways into geothermal energy and deep hole stress testing along with our casing repair systems for oil and gas. They are also used for DST. Available in BQ, NQ, HQ & PQ sizes up to 10,000psi or custom order specific sizes.
